May 31st
BECOME A REAL PLAYER IN THE BIGGEST FILM BUSINESS IN THE
WESTERN HEMISPHERE!
HOLLYWOOD BABY, HERE WE COME!
So you
have made your cracking short film, or your first
breakthrough feature… Now what?
Every film maker will at some point get on a plane and go to
LA. It’s an inevitability. And yet, while there, many new
film makers will fail to make the most of the opportunities that
their award winning short or first feature has thrown up for
them…And all because they didn't have the right
insider information...
This EXCITING and INFORMATIVE one day intensive course, run by veteran guerrilla film
makers Genevieve Jolliffe and Andrew Zinnes, will show you
exactly how to get there, what to do when there, how the
system works, and how to make the most of it…
Jolliffe and Zinnes have been living and working in LA for
nearly ten years now, and have successfully sold projects to major
studios.
THIS IS A ONE OFF
COURSE AND WILL NOT BE REPEATED THIS YEAR....!
Split into two distinct sections, the first part being about
the Film related element, how to get your next movie into
the system, get meetings, be part of the scene, agents
managers and lawyers etc. The second part is about getting
there, surviving, staying or coming back – purely on a
practical level.
The course will be held on May 31st at Ealing Studios and costs just £127 inc VAT. BOOK HERE...

1.
Ealing Studios can normally accommodate parking at
weekends, but there are no guarantees. If there is
no onsite parking there are several roads behind the
studios where you can park. So far we have never
turned anyone away. The nearest tube stop is Ealing
Broadway, which is on the District and Central
Lines. The Piccadilly Line is also close with South
Ealing tube stop. A map of the local area is
here.
2. Kick off is 9.00am on Saturday June 9th – sharp.
3. Before attending it’s a good idea to think about
what you want out of the course. If you have any
areas where you want to ask questions, make a list.
Don’t rely on remembering as information can come
thick and fast over the two days.
4. The course discussion ends at around 6.00pm,
depending on how many questions have been asked
during the day.
Accommodation
If you can rough it, £10 a night buys you a bed in a
Hostel.
