ONE NIGHT IN LONDON WITH
HOLLYWOOD SCRIPT GURU JEFF KITCHEN

Jeff Kitchen is a working writer in Hollywood, as well as one of the top screenwriting teachers in the film industry. He was classically trained as a playwright, and worked as a dramaturg in New York theater and taught playwriting Off-Broadway for years before moving to Los Angeles. Jeff has taught his advanced process to development executives from all the major studios and is a sought-after script doctor. Creative Screenwriting magazine listed him as one of the top five screenwriting teachers working today. A script that Jeff wrote will be filmed soon starring Bill Paxton (Big Love, Titanic). He is the author of Writing a Great Movie: Key Tools for Successful Screenwriting and Script Analysis: The Godfather, Tootsie, Blade Runner.

Has anyone asked you what you want for Christmas? Well here is something every new film maker or screenwriter can put on their list! Here at Living Spirit, we are hosting a special event with US Script Guru Jeff Kitchen. Jeff has a new book out, which is already highly acclaimed (check out his reviews on Amazon.com) and it’s called ‘Writing A Great Movie: Key Tools for Successful Screenwriting’. At 324 pages, it’s crammed with new ways to approach the craft of screenwriting - we just secured, for this event, the last copies here in the UK, it’s selling so fast! I met Jeff a few months back at a conference in Vancouver and was immediately impressed by his insight into writing screenplays, and so, we have tempted him here to the UK for this one off event.

Here’s the deal. £10 will get you his new book, which normally retails for £14.99, which Jeff will happily sign. It will also get you a seat at his exclusive two hour seminar at Ealing Studios on the evening of the 8th Jan 2007. Following this seminar, there will be a networking party with drinks and nibbles. What better way to start your new year!

This event has been heavily subsidised by The Guerilla Film Makers Handbook and places are strictly limited, so please confirm and book your place now.

You can pay via PayPal here, or you can send a cheque made payable to Hard Copy. Please include a phone number in ALL correspondence. Payment via PayPal is the fastest way to guarantee your seat. Please bring along you receipt on the 8th as proof of payment.

The event will start at 7.00 sharp, the doors opening at 6.30 for early drinks and nibbles.

Looking forward to seeing you all there and seeing how Jeff can transform your screenplays.
